How do you make your E-liquid?
Our E-liquid is hand made and prepared using the options you have chosen. This is not easy and very time consuming but the finished result is amazing.
Do you have a clean room?
Yes, all our juice is mixed and prepared in an ISO7 Clean room based in Manchester
How many orders do you ship out per day and are you popular?
Bestcigliquid has been active for over 8 years and is a very popular household name in the Vaping industry. Currently we ship out between 50 – 200 orders per day. We have 3 e-liquid mixers, a packaging team, admin and a package checker to make sure you juice is how you want it.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take from 1-3 days sometimes longer if you live further away. We have no influence on the speed of the package once it has been dispatched.
Are your liquids ready to send?
No, every single bottle of E-liquid is hand mixed, custom made to your options you have chosen. All online vendors have their juice already mixed by their supplier but at BCL, all juice is fresh.
I buy my juice from other places and it always comes the next day?
Yes many online vendors have their E-liquid pre made and bottled months in advanced. In order for BCL to offer the flavour range, mixtures and Nicotine Strengths our juice needs to be freshly mixed and prepared. We offer these options that no other e-liquid supplier does. Each mixture has a different vape, taste and hit.
How much is UK shipping?
We have next day (after dispatch) delivery option via Royal Mail standard from £3.49 and tracked from £4.60. Shipping costs are expensive and cost are rising frequently. We have a FREE delivery with orders over £25.00.
How much is European Shipping?
Shipping to European countries costs from £14.99 and we aim for a 3-7 delivery with Royal Mail.
How much is it to other Countries?
Shipping to other countries costs from £24.99 and we aim for a 3-15 delivery with Royal Mail.
We can not ship to USA , India, China or Japan using our payment provider.
What is Customs like with Vaping related products?
Not very good, once your order is shipped its in the hands of Royal Mail/your countries postal service and hopefully gets delivered. For more information on this please fly us an email.
What if my order has not arrived?
if you are in the UK and your order has not shown please get in touch and we will do our checks and contact Royal Mail and find out where this order has got to. If all fails, we will have it on a resend for you asap.

Can i return an E-liquid?
Yes you can, if your juice has been un opened and not used or there is mistake by us you can return it for full refund or a change of flavour is needed.
How do i contact you if i have a problem?
Please use the contact form via the website, that is the fastest way to get in touch and we usually reply withing 1 hr or sooner. We do not have a contact phone number as it gets spammed by over seas sales/spam calls.
Do you have any discount codes?
Yes, we have regular discount codes, if there is not a code showing on the website, send us an email and we will very happily give you a code to use on your purchase.
